A few things to note:

  • The spaces are cleaned in advance of your arrival, and you will be responsible for ensuring they are left neat and tidy when you depart.
  • Availability is subject to a number of factors, but we try to add new opportunities at least once a week.
  • Some restrictions may apply, and rates may be subject to change.
  • Please note that equipment is extra for hourly rentals.
  • Please contact us to discuss recurring bookings/frequent bookings.

Downstairs Rentals

Our Downstairs space is an excellent spot to meet, create, practice and educate!

This space sits below the Sanctuary Hall ("Downstairs at the Sanctuary") and offers 2000 sqft of creative space and its own restroom facilities.

Rehearsal or Meeting Hourly Rentals

 

This hourly rental of the Rehearsal Hall is for solo or group rehearsals and meetings (60 persons).

Class or Event Hourly Rentals

 

This rental of our Downstairs Hall on an hourly basis is for the purposes of classes/training or events (60 persons or less) for up to 3 hours (for more than 3 hours, it will be cheaper for you to book a Full Event/Day rate).

Annex Rentals

Need more space, but don't want pews?

Located on the Ochterloney Street level of the Sanctuary Arts Centre, our Annex offers plenty of bright, easy-to-access space to create and collaborate.

Our accessible Annex space is decked in 1090 sqft of hardwood and located next to the Sanctuary Hall. The space can fit 100 guests seated or standing. Primary access will be through the back (Victoria Road) entrance.  Restrooms are located at the front of the adjacent Hall space, and an accessible restroom facility is included.

This hourly rental of our  Annex is for solo or group rehearsals and meetings (60 persons).

Class or Event Hourly Rentals

 

This rental of our Annex space on an hourly basis is for the purposes of classes/training or events (100 persons or less) for up to 4 hours (for a booking of more than 4 hours, you will be able to book a Full Event/Day rate with equipment included).
