   - Tickets are non-refundable 25 days or less before a performance except in the case of event cancellation.
   - In the event of cancellation, customers will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed automatically.
   - Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Exchange Policy:
   - Ticket exchanges are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.
   - Exchanges are subject to availability for the desired performance.

Late Arrivals and Missed Performances:
   - Late arrivals may result in seating delays or alternative seating arrangements.
   - Missed performances due to late arrival or any other reason are non-refundable.

Rescheduled Events:

Lost or Stolen Tickets:
